My name is Leah Rossi, I’ve been an active real estate professional since 2015 after graduating Colby- Sawyer College. I graduated with a bachelor of arts degree, specializing in communications & marketing. My passion for real estate was influenced by my father Dino Rossi, who is our broker & owner of RE/MAX Preferred Properties. Dino has been in the real estate industry for 35+ years and has been a vital source of my knowledge and success throughout the years. It’s safe to say that real estate definitely runs in my blood and is truly a passion of mine!

I was born & raised in Newton MA, which has tremendously impacted my expertise for the area and surrounding towns & cities. I believe it’s very important and vital, to have knowledge in the multiple markets I serve, as a real estate professional. Throughout my real estate career, I’ve represented countless buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs.

I also have a strong passion for new construction builds, working alongside seasoned developers and those who are just getting started. My expertise for new development certainly separates me from the rest due to my appreciation of learning about the operational, cosmetic, aesthetics, & mechanical functions of a property. Allowing myself to highlight and educate all of the property’s prospects!

In 2021, I was inducted into the RE/MAX Platinum Club, which is awarded to individual agents who produce a high volume of sales & commission. Prior to this status, I have also achieved the RE/MAX 100% Club multiple times in previous years.

During my free time, I enjoy being around friends and family. Staying active is definitely a priority of mine, I love the outdoors. My hobbies consist of running/exercising with my “fit fam”, skiing, hiking, cooking, collecting crystals, and trying new foods and local restaurants! However, the center of my universe and my one true love is my Maltese…Max!

I have developed extensive experience in single, multi-family, luxury homes, condos, and new construction. I work closely with several high-end builders and developers to expand their portfolios.

Results-driven, I work closely with my clients, guiding them through every step of each transaction giving them the security they are looking for. My advice with home décor, repositioning furniture, and adding simple upgrades to a room has added significantly to the value of the homes I sell. Many of the homes have been featured in the Luxury Real Estate section of the Sunday Boston Globe. As a native of Newton, I am deeply rooted in the surrounding communities, which serves my buyers greatly. I know the neighborhoods and can easily navigate my buyers through the details to find the right amenities that are essential for their new homes. My strength lies in my ability to share my trusted expertise with buyers and sellers. Hospitality has always been a centric focus of mine, I was the 2017 Vice President of the Needham Business Association, on the National Sales team with Hyatt and Sonesta hotels for 10+ years and I owned a small day spa for several years.
